START. East of gatepost, to meadow, opposite headquarters of the Bedfordshire Road Cycling Club in Southill Road Cardington. Proceed south-eastwards toward Old Warden. Turn right. Pass former Southill railway station to turn right into Rowney Lane at Keeper's Warren. Proceed northwards turning left at junction to rejoin Old Warden to Cardington Road. Retrace outward route to, FINISH. Near roadsign a few yards south-west of the Clubhouse in Southill Road. |

May Be Gravel on this corner) to Ickwell Green and then onto Northill; turn left at Northill church and proceed westwards to Cople; turn left at Cople church; south-westwards to Cardington to

START. At bottom of hill, known locally as Hillfoot, on Cardington to Old Warden road (Southill Road). Proceed south-eastwards toward Old Warden. Turn left at T-Junction. Through Old Warden village taking left turn, (WITH GREAT CARE) into Ickwell Green. Continue onwards into Northill village. Turn left at Northill Church into Bedford Road. Proceed westwards to Cople turning left, at Cople Church, into Grange Lane to reach Cardington. Through village to Southill Road. Continue pass clubhouse to, FINISH. At TOP of Hillfoot.

START outside Clubhouse on Old Warden road, Cardington; proceed southwest and then southeast , past Warden Street", at T Junction turn RIGHT past Old Southill railway station and under old Railway bridge, turn LEFT to Ireland, at T junction turn LEFT. Past Black Horse Pub (Ireland) Turn LEFT over old railway bridge. Turn next LEFT and proceed through Southill to B658 (Broom Crossroads); Turn LEFT, then northwards on "Shefford Lane", straight on at Roundabout and through Upper Caldecote where LEFT to Ickwell Green. Turn RIGHT (Care! sharp corner!) to Northill and LEFT at Northill church to Cople. LEFT at Cople church to FINISH Cardington Village Green on "Southill Road". |

START. At entrance to Cardington Sheds, to turn left onto A600 (CARE) and proceed towards Shefford via Cotton End, Hammer Hill, Haynes & Deadman's Cross. At roundabout turn left and next left (Care! sharp turn) into lane which runs alongside disused railway line towards Ireland. Turn right over disused railway bridge to Southill, turn next Left. Then after right hand bend in road, Turn sharp left (Care - May Be Gravel in Road), to pass Southill Church. Bear Left to continue through Warden Warren to turn left at junction in Old Warden. Turn left to pass former Southill railway station, under railway bridge straight on up hill, to turn right into Rowney Lane at Keeper's Warren. Proceed northwards along lane (CARE - there are some large potholes on this single track road), turn left at T. junction to rejoin Old Warden towards Cardington. Down Hillfoot (Care at bottom-may be gravel across road) then on to FINISH just before reaching the BRCC Clubroom. |

START. At junction of lane from Ireland, approximately 500 yards East of the A600. proceed East through Ireland and turn left over disused railway bridge. After 1/3 Mile, Turn Left and through village of Southill to junction of B658. Turn left northwards onto Shefford Lane, through Upper Caldecote to turn left to Ickwell Green. Turn left and proceed to T junction where, (WITH GREAT CARE) turn right towards Old Warden. Through Old Warden village to pass former Southill railway station, under old railway bridge, straight on uphill to FINISH, just before the road junction near the start. |
