Reliability Rides are about completing a set distance in a target time, they are not races but they do provide a great opportunity for BIG mile base training, in an organised fashion. The Club is hosting two Reliability Rides on two Sundays: 14th & 28th February. This gives you an opportunity to pick a ride that matches your ability/target, and then step up to a bigger ride two weeks later.

Note that these rides have been coordinated so as not to clash with that of our our friends at North Bucks Road Club, who are holding the Brickhills Challenge on Sunday 21st February 2010. Club Captain says that doing all three rides on successive weekends will put quality miles in your legs - ideal preparation for the club's SPOCO Time Trial Series which commences in March; more to follow...
