Calling all parents and juniors. We are aiming to increase the activities for juniors in the club and hopefully attract more young people to cycling.
Beds Road CC are currently working with British Cycling and the Schools Sports Partnerships to form links between BRCC and existing school cycle schemes. The aim is to start a Go Ride club in April 2010 using off road facilities within a school (probably in Shefford).

We need volunteers to provide coaching. If you are interested you will be trained by British Cycling for the BC Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Cycling. You don't need to be an expert cyclist, just willing to help out for an hour or two most weekends. Ideally we will have a pool of coaches to give us flexibility.Also, if you have any budding young cyclists that may want to come along please let me know. For the sporty types the club will feed into Go Ride races.
