Why not complement the hard work of riding the N&DCA series by attending the
Award Ceremony?
The lunch and presentation will be held in the Bayer Chemicals canteen,
Wollaston, Northants. Cost £14.50 for 3 courses. It's a pleasant
ride and you can be home before dark! (The less dedicated are allowed to
go by car.) Lorna will make a block booking, just put your name on the list on the Clubroom
notice board by 17th January.

The Northampton & District Cycling Association (N&DCA) is an association of local cycle clubs who hold an annual time trial series. The series of 10 open events consists of short distance (under 17.5 mile) and medium distance (17.5 - 25 mile) time trials. These are typically held on summer Saturday afternoons, and on rural sporting courses - much like our own Evening League & SPOCO Series. There are awards for best rider, Lady, and a host of prizes for veterans too. Members have recently won cash for their racing prowess, and during 2008 the Club managed to come second overall in the association, largely due to mass participation. 2010 Time Trial Coordinator Des Roberts informs us that his goal is for BRCC to take the overall winner's prize for the NDCA series. If you are keen to be a part of the Club's N&DCA success in 2010, are looking to 'give it a go', or even if you only want to be kept informed about what the TT boys and girls are doing, then contact Des to register for e-mail updates.
