The End of Season Party will be held in the Clubhouse on Friday 18th September. Please book tickets to allow us to prepare enough food for everyone. . .
What is it about?
Fiesta Fin de Temperada is Spanish for 'End of Season Party', basically a social gathering in the Clubhouse. Food will be provided (do remember to bring your own bottle), fancy dress is encouraged in the theme of European Cycling, and prizes will be awarded for the best costumes (take inspiration from Des Roberts who came last year in water proofs and wellington boots - Miguel in Di Rain. Evening League Awards will be presented in the categories previously advised. Note that there is a raffle and a few tickets are still available.
What is the programme?
- 19:30 - Clubhouse opens
- 20:00 - Food Served
- 21:00 - Prize Presentation
Who is invited?
Everyone who rode the Evening League, everyone who worked to make the evening league happen, all Club Members, and the friends and family of all.
What does it cost?
If you rode the evening league or worked to make it happen then entry is free. Otherwise there will be a small charge to cover costs of food: £3 for adults and £2 for children.
How do I book my place?
We need to assure that we cater for all who are attending, so please e-mail to social@bedsroad.org, confirm how many tickets you'd like to reserve, and you can pay for tickets on the night.
Please book tickets by Wednesday 16th September.
