This year's Annual Dinner is on the 16th January 2010 at the
Park Inn, Bedford.
The cost is £25 per person.

All BRCC members and families are very welcome. If you wish to attend you will need to make your menu booking (once for each person in your party)

Chilled Seasonal Melon
Duo of melon with woodland fruit compote and fresh Kiwi.
Mozarella Tian
Marinated mozzarella and tomato, seasoned leaf salad, balsamic syrup and olive oil dressing.
Plum tomato & Basil soup
with double cream.

Beef Medallions
Tender braised steak and stock vegetables in a rich red wine sauce with parsley and horseradish dumplings.
Carved Roast Lamb
Pan roasted leg of lamb, spring vegetable panache, minted new potatoes and red wine sauce.
Salmon Supreme
Baked fresh salmion with muscadet sauce, vegetable panache, dill and parsley potatoes.
Mushroom Stroganoff
Sautéed woodland mushrooms with a crème fraiche and dijon mustard sauce, baby cornichons and rice timbale.

Fresh Fruit Salad
Seasonal fresh fruit in stock syrup, with fresh cream.
